Mark McKenzie supports Relay Investments’ due diligence efforts on information technology company investments, and general information technology industry analysis and search strategy. Mark advises the firm and our search investment partners on technology company organizational design and development, product strategy, and financial risk management. He currently serves as Relay’s representative on the boards of Infosel, a financial technology company based in Mexico City, Mexico, and Navegate, a third-party logistics business based in Mendota Heights, MN. Relay acquired both firms in September, 2018.
Mark is a recognized leader in the technology industry, enjoying a career spanning almost three decades across Europe, the Americas and most recently Asia Pacific. He began his career in management consulting at Accenture (systems integration consulting) and AT Kearney (IT strategy), and went on to be part of five start-up ventures across a range of technology solution areas, resulting in one IPO and two acquisition exits.
Mark holds a BSc (Eng) in Computing and Economics from Imperial College London, and completed his Executive Business education at Haas Business School, Berkeley. He speaks fluent French.
