Jorge Tirado Tolosa supports the Relay Investments team in investment due diligence, searcher support, and campus outreach initiatives.
Prior to joining Relay, Jorge worked at Robinhood for nearly two years, contributing to core strategic initiatives within the Business Operations and Strategy team. His work at Robinhood spanned organic and inorganic growth projects, including key business expansions. Before that, Jorge spent four years at EY-Parthenon as a management consultant, where he specialized in corporate strategy for multinational corporations and contributed to over 30 mid-market private equity deals through commercial due diligence.
Outside of work, Jorge enjoys spending time at the beach with his fiancée, Margheritte, and maintains an active lifestyle through triathlon training and learning new sports like kiteboarding. A lifelong swimmer, he frequently returns to the pool as part of his routine.
Jorge holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was actively involved in the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) community, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico - Mayagüez. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
